外球面坪軸承優(yōu)先適用于要求設(shè)備及零部件簡(jiǎn)單的場(chǎng)合，例如用于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)或建筑機(jī)械上。一個(gè)FAG外球面球軸承單元由一個(gè)雙面密封的球形外圈深溝球軸承和一個(gè)灰鑄鐵或沖壓鋼板軸承座組成。

　　FAG外球面球軸承系列包括了英制和公制尺寸軸承及其立式軸承座和法蘭軸承座（部分軸承座尺寸和以前的有些區(qū)別）絕大部分FAG外球面球軸承為固定軸承，因此特悶特別適用于支承短軸并且適用于只發(fā)生很小的熱膨脹的場(chǎng)合。軸的微小熱膨張可以由軸承的軸向游隙補(bǔ)償。

　　軸承的拆卸與安裝（Disassembly and installation of bearing）

 

　　1.先用內(nèi)六角扳手松幵軸承偏心套上的鎖緊螺釘，然后用小鐵棒插入頂蓋偏心套上的沉孔，逆著軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向打松偏心套。

 

　　1. first, use the inner six angle wrench to loose the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve, and then insert the pinhole on the top of the cap with a small iron bar, and the eccentric sleeve is loosed in the direction of rotation against the axis.

 

　　2.旋松固定軸承座的螺栓。

　　將軸承連同軸承座一起從軸上卸下。注意在拆軸一段的軸承座之前。應(yīng)將軸另一端的軸承座螺栓松開，以免兩端軸承相互別勁而損壞。

 

　　Unload the bearing together with the bearing seat on the shaft. Pay attention to the bearing seat before the shaft is dismantled. The bearing housing bolts at the other end of the shaft should be loosened so as to avoid damage to both ends of bearings.

 

　　軸承安裝（Bearing installation）

 

　　1).往軸上安裝軸承前，必須先拔下軸承外套的固定銷，同時(shí)將軸頸表面打磨光滑干凈，并在軸頸處涂油防銹兼潤(rùn)滑(允許軸承在軸上有稍微轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng))。

 

　　1). Before installing bearings on the shaft, it is necessary to remove the fixed pin of the bearing coat first, and polish the neck surface smooth and clean, and oil rust and lubrication at the neck of the shaft (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).

 

　　2).在軸承座與軸承配合面涂潤(rùn)滑油，把軸承裝入軸承座內(nèi)。然后將裝配好的軸承與軸承座一起套在軸上.推至所需位置處進(jìn)行安裝。

 

　　2) lubricate oil on the mating surface of the bearing block and bearing, and load the bearing into the bearing seat. Then install the assembled bearings together with the bearing blocks on the shaft and push them to the required locations for installation.

 

　　3).固定軸承座的螺栓先不要擰緊，要讓軸承外套在軸承座內(nèi)能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。同樣裝好同一根軸上的另一端軸承和座，將軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)幾圈.讓軸承本身自動(dòng)找正位置后。再將軸承座螺栓緊固好。

 

　　3) the bolt of the fixed bearing seat should not be tightened first, so that the bearing sleeve can be rotated in the bearing seat. Also install the bearing and seat at the other end of the same shaft and turn the shaft several times. Fasten the bolt of the bearing seat.

 

　　4).裝偏心套。先將偏心套套在軸承內(nèi)套的偏心臺(tái)階上，并用手順軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向擰緊。然后再將小鐵棍插入或頂住偏心套上的沉孔。用手錘順軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向敲擊小鐵棍。使偏心套安裝牢固。最后鎖緊偏心套上的內(nèi)六角螺釘。

 

　　4). Install eccentric sleeve. First, the eccentric sleeve is placed on the eccentric step of the bearing sleeve and tightened with the rotation direction of the hand shaft. Then the small iron bar is inserted or withstood the sunken hole on the eccentric sleeve. Strike a small iron rod with the direction of the hand hammer in the direction of rotation.
