如何通過(guò)聲音判斷NSK圓柱滾子軸承使用問(wèn)題

  檢查運(yùn)行中機(jī)器的狀況并預(yù)備徹底的檢查計(jì)劃已越來(lái)越重要,其中又以NSK軸承為注意焦點(diǎn),因?yàn)樗撬袡C(jī)器中重要的旋轉(zhuǎn)零件,NSK圓柱滾子軸承狀況監(jiān)測(cè)是預(yù)防保養(yǎng)中重要的一環(huán),早期的檢測(cè)出NSK軸承破壞以避免由于軸承破壞所造成的非計(jì)劃性保養(yǎng)期間的設(shè)備停機(jī)。圓柱滾子軸承下面我就跟大家介紹一下傾聽(tīng)這種方法。

  NSK圓柱滾子軸承利用聽(tīng)覺(jué)來(lái)辨識(shí)不規(guī)則的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是一種很普通的方法,例子如借助電子式聽(tīng)診器來(lái)查覺(jué)某一零件的不正常噪音是有經(jīng)驗(yàn)操作員使用。軸承若是處于良好的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況會(huì)發(fā)出低的嗚嗚聲音,若是發(fā)出尖銳的嘶嘶音圓柱滾子軸承、吱吱音及其它不規(guī)則的聲音、通常表示軸承處于不良的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況。

  在液體潤(rùn)滑條件下,滑動(dòng)表面被潤(rùn)滑油分開(kāi)而不發(fā)生直接接觸,還可以大大減小摩擦損失和表面磨損,油膜還具有一定的吸振能力

  尖銳的吱吱噪音可能是由于不適當(dāng)?shù)臐?rùn)滑所造成的。不適當(dāng)?shù)腘SK軸承間隙也會(huì)造成金屬聲。NSK圓柱滾子軸承外圈軌道上的凹痕會(huì)引起振動(dòng),并造成平順清脆的聲音,若是由于安裝時(shí)所造成的敲擊傷痕也會(huì)產(chǎn)生噪音,此噪音會(huì)隨著NSK軸承轉(zhuǎn)速的高低而不同。若是有間歇性的噪音,則表示滾動(dòng)件可能受損,NSK圓柱滾子軸承此聲音是發(fā)生在當(dāng)受損表面被輾壓過(guò)時(shí),軸承內(nèi)若有污染物常會(huì)引起嘶嘶音,嚴(yán)重的軸承損壞會(huì)產(chǎn)生不規(guī)則并且巨大的噪音。
 
  The sharp squeak noise may be due to improper lubrication. Improper NSK bearing clearance can also cause metal noise. The notches on the outer track of cylindrical roller bearings can cause vibration and a smooth and crisp sound. If the notches are caused by striking during installation, the noise will vary with the speed of NSK bearings. If there is intermittent noise, it means that the rolling parts may be damaged, cylindrical roller bearing this sound occurs when the damaged surface is rolled over, if there are contaminants in the bearing often cause hissing, serious bearing damage will produce irregular and loud noise.
 
  軸承損壞固然可藉由聽(tīng)力來(lái)查覺(jué),但是通常此時(shí)已經(jīng)到了NSK軸承必須馬上被更換不可。所以,較好的方法例如使用如電子式狀況監(jiān)測(cè)儀器,NSK圓柱滾子軸承預(yù)先疹斷軸承的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。
 
  Bearing damage can be detected by hearing, but usually the NSK bearings must be replaced immediately. Therefore, better methods such as the use of electronic condition monitoring instruments, cylindrical roller bearings in advance to break the operation of the bearing.
