  NSK軸承安裝后,引起軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)困難的原因
 
  Reasons for difficulty in bearing rotation after installation of NSK bearing
 
  NSK軸承安裝后,用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)NSK軸承外圈或軸時(shí),感到轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不靈活,主要原因有以下幾個(gè):
 
  After installation of NSK bearings, when the outer ring or shaft of NSK bearings is rotated by hand, the rotation is not flexible. The main reasons are as follows:
 
  1)、氧化鐵皮、灰塵等污物等進(jìn)入NSK軸承,產(chǎn)生墊壓和磨削作用;
 
  1) oxide scales, dust and other contaminants enter NSK bearings, resulting in pad pressure and grinding.
 
  2)、水分、酸、堿等腐蝕性介質(zhì)進(jìn)人NSK軸承,使NSK軸承產(chǎn)生銹蝕;
 
  2), water, acid, alkali and other corrosive medium into the NSK bearing, so that the NSK bearing rust.
 
  3)、NSK軸承游隙過小,或NSK軸承工作時(shí)因溫升使內(nèi)圈膨脹過大;
 
  3), NSK bearing clearance is too small, or NSK bearing work due to temperature rise to expand the inner ring too large;
 
  4)、潤(rùn)滑劑不足、過多或已經(jīng)干透;
 
  4), insufficient lubricant, too much or dry.
 
  5)、軸頸、軸肩、NSK軸承座的制造精度過低或使用中變形;
 
  5) the manufacturing accuracy of axle neck, shaft shoulder and NSK bearing block is too low or the deformation is in use.
 
  6)、安裝密封不正確,如密封太緊或密封件與相關(guān)零件發(fā)生摩擦;
 
  6) the installation seal is not correct, such as too tight seal or friction between the sealing parts and the relevant parts.
 
  7)、保持架變形;
 
  7), cage deformation;
 
  8)、對(duì)加預(yù)載荷的NSK軸承,軸向預(yù)載荷太大。
 
  8) the axial preload is too large for the NSK bearing with preload.
 
  NSK軸承在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的過程或是高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境過程中,必然有過熱的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。所以為了防熱現(xiàn)象而導(dǎo)致NSK軸承的損壞,我們就不得采取相應(yīng)的措施了。
 
  NSK bearing must be overheated during operation or high intensity running environment. Therefore, in order to prevent thermal damage caused by NSK bearing, we can not take corresponding measures.
 
  (1)嚴(yán)格控制lcrl8Ni9]ri不銹鋼箱體、法蘭件的鍛造加熱溫度及加熱保溫時(shí)間,防止工件出現(xiàn)過熱使工件產(chǎn)生晶粒粗大缺陷。
 
  (1) Strictly control the forging heating temperature and heating time of LCrl8Ni9]ri stainless steel box and flange to prevent overheating of the workpiece and coarse grain defects of the workpiece.
 
  (2)NSK軸承工件熱處理固溶處理溫度不宜過高,保溫時(shí)間不宜太長(zhǎng),加熱溫度應(yīng)不高于1150"C,保溫時(shí)間以1一l_5min/mm計(jì)算為宜。
 
  (2) The solid solution treatment temperature of NSK bearing workpiece should not be too high, the holding time should not be too long, the heating temperature should not be higher than 1150 "C, and the holding time should be calculated at 1-l_5 min/mm.
 
  (3)工件鍛壓生產(chǎn)中,如鍛造比過小,終鍛溫度偏高,也易出現(xiàn)粗晶組織缺陷,應(yīng)使工件鍛造比合適、充分,終鍛溫度適中。
 
  (3) If the forging ratio of the workpiece is too small, the final forging temperature is too high, and the coarse grain structure defect is easy to appear, the forging ratio of the workpiece should be appropriate and sufficient, and the final forging temperature should be moderate.
 
  (4)對(duì)發(fā)生過熱組織的粗大工件,可采用改鍛細(xì)化晶粒方法消除缺陷,防止工件在冷變形時(shí)出現(xiàn)橘皮狀表面缺陷,改善工件的表面質(zhì)量。
 
  (4) For the coarse workpiece with superheated structure, the method of refining grain by forging can be used to eliminate the defects, prevent the orange peel-like surface defects of the workpiece during cold deformation, and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
