  INA軸承能達(dá)到的轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)有極限的。通常是取決于所用的潤(rùn)滑劑和軸承部件的材料能達(dá)到的工作溫度。

  INA bearing has the limit when it can achieve the speed. It usually depends on the working temperature of the lubricant and the material of the bearing parts.
 
  軸承在達(dá)到工作溫度限制時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)速,取決于軸承在滾動(dòng)時(shí)因摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱量(包括任何其它外熱)和有多少熱量可以從軸承帶走。
 
  The speed at which the bearing reaches the operating temperature limit depends on the amount of heat (including any other external heat) generated by friction during rolling and how much heat can be taken away from the bearing.
 
  INA軸承的類(lèi)型和尺寸、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、承受的負(fù)荷、潤(rùn)滑和冷卻條件、保持架的結(jié)構(gòu)、制造的精度和游隙等,對(duì)軸承能達(dá)到的轉(zhuǎn)速都有一定的影響。
 
  The type and size of INA bearing, internal structure, load, lubrication and cooling conditions, cage structure, manufacturing accuracy and clearance, etc. have a certain impact on the bearing speed.

  Two different definitions of rated speeds are usually listed in the relevant product lists; the reference speed (heat-related) and the limiting speed (physical structure-related) are parameters that are determined according to different considerations.
 
  大部份的INA軸承損壞的原因很多,比如超出原先預(yù)估的負(fù)載、非有效的密封、過(guò)緊的配合所導(dǎo)致的過(guò)小軸承間隙等等。這些因素中的任一因素皆有其特殊的損壞型式且會(huì)留下特殊的損壞痕跡。因此,檢視損壞軸的承,在大多案例中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)其可能的導(dǎo)因。
 
  Most INA bearings are damaged by a number of causes, such as excessive load estimates, ineffective sealing, excessive tight fit resulting in small bearing clearances and so on. Any factor of these factors has its special damage pattern and will leave special damage marks. Therefore, inspection of damaged shaft bearing can be found in most cases.
 
  大體上來(lái)說(shuō),有三分之一的INA軸承損壞導(dǎo)因于疲勞損壞,另外的三分之一導(dǎo)因于潤(rùn)滑不良,其它的三分之一導(dǎo)因于污染物進(jìn)入軸承或安裝處理不當(dāng)。然而,這些損壞型式亦與工業(yè)別有關(guān)。例如,紙漿與造紙工業(yè)多半是由于潤(rùn)滑不良或污染造成軸承的損壞而不是由于材料疲勞所致。
 
  Generally speaking, one third of INA bearing damage is due to fatigue damage, another third due to poor lubrication, and the other third due to pollutants into the bearing or improper installation and treatment. However, these damage patterns are also related to industry. For example, the pulp and paper industry is mostly due to poor lubrication or pollution caused by bearing damage rather than due to material fatigue.
